Absolutely amazing place. It's so well thought out in the layout and the rooms are decorated to the highest quality with brilliant interactive features like the television and outdoor area in the suites. I was worried my cat wouldn't settle but she did and was so happy there. Lindsay and Carl are wonderful kind people who have put a lot of thought and detail in this hotel and work tirelessly to keep our kitties happy and content. I would 100% recommend this place and have done so already. They will Will be the first place I'll phone when I need a place for Siggy to go when we next go away. Thank you so much.
Amazing people and place
Our four cats have just spent two weeks at the Cat Grove Hotel with Lynsey and Carl who have obviously lavished lots of love and attention on them. The cats looked really happy and healthy when we collected them, such a relief when we have previously encountered a bad experience. We highly recommend the Cat Grove Hotel and we will be back next year.
Wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my boys whilst on holiday! Very well looked after with a home away from home environment. The Grove ticks all the boxes from one to one care to the home comforts.
My cat McNulty stayed for 9 weeks recently and we couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms are beautiful (I'd happily stay) and the staff very friendly. We had regular updates and photos. Would highly recommend the Grove. 5/5
These rooms are the most spacious and homely I have ever seen which is really great for our two lively cats who have the run of our house and outside. Each suite is huge with climbing shelves, scratching posts and a tv in each suite! There is also access to a secure conservatory area so they can see outside and get some fresh air. Our cats had everything they needed and were very well cared for - they seemed super happy here. This place is worth the journey (1hr for us) only bad thing for us is that one of my cats becomes the spawn of Satan in the car so we need to work on that for next time!
Every cats dream hotel. Own room with view and fresh air. Heated floors With play area and yes their own tv. Amaxing place. Spotless and no smells. Amaxing calm lighting. I have to be honest I would love to stay there myself. It's that's beautiful

Absolutely wonderful place. Our cats Freddie and Gypsy stayed here recently for the first time and we will certainly be returning for future stays! Lynsey and Carl are so devoted to the cats and it is certainly reflected in the cats overall behaviour and well being. Loved seeing the photo updates on social media too. I would certainly recommend the grove to other cat owners looking for a safe, happy and comfortable place for their cats to take a holiday! ❤️🐾
Bailey has just spent his first time at The Grove Luxury Cat Hotel, he has had a great time being pampered and watching cat tv. It’s amazing so clean, feels like a home not a cattery. So unique. Lynsey and Carl put you at such ease and deal with the cats ever need. The photos on Facebook keeps you in touch with your cat while you are away. Lovely touch. Would not put Bailey anywhere else. 💜
Our cat stayed here for just over two weeks and we were blown away with the cattery. Every inch is pristine and built to an incredible standard. The owners are attentive and caring, Molly settled in straight away and we received regular updates during our holiday. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else and highly recommend Lynsey and Carl.
Fantastic cat hotel would 100% bring my cats again. I could tell straight away the family who own the hotel and take care of the cats genuinly care, very kind friendly lovely peaceful people. Managed to get us booked in at late notice aswell which i was super greatful for and took care of all 4 of my kitties wonderfully. Thankyou x
My cat Gizmo has just arrived home following a 3 night stay at The Grove. He looks refreshed and relaxed following his stay in very luxurious surroundings. We have already booked Gizmo in for his next stay. Thanks again to Lynsey and Carl for taking such good care of him xx
Our two boys Loki and Thor stayed while we moved house, moving into the area. Over the years we have used various catteries and the grove cat hotel is by far the best. They came back relaxed with each other and with their coats in fantastic condition. If you asked them I think they would say they were looked after better than they do at home. They are looking forward to the end of lockdown so they can stay again while we go away somewhere. Thanks for looking after them so magnificently. I’m sure they will be back soon.
Left our kitten here with Lynsey and Carl for a week while we were away. They took 5* care of him and he had an absolutely amazing time! They were great at keeping us updated while we were away so we never worried. The only people we’d trust our cat with other than us!
We can't thank Lynsey and Carl enough for taking such good care of our two kitties while we were away. The Grove is absolutely amazing and it was obvious our kitties were well looked after! They had a huge private room with so much space and things to keep them entertained. We will definitely be using the Grove whenever we go away in future!
Ariana certainly enjoyed her stay. We were worried about leaving her due to her being a rescue cat with a tough start in life but when we were sent the first pictures we knew we had picked the perfect place. We certainly will be booking Ariana in when we can actually go on holiday rather than away for a work commitment 🙂👍
Fantastic service from start to finish. My cat was very happy and comfortable there and has come back home very happy and confident. Stunning setting, go above and beyond for their guests. No complaints at all. I would fully recommend to everyone.

Hector and Oscar have just returned after a week at The Grove Luxury Cat Hotel. I was really nervous about sending them as it was the first time we had boarded our cats but it was great xx really friendly, photos and messages letting us know how they were doing - I can't praise them enough, both our cats had lovely silky fur when they went to the hotel and have returned with even softer fur showing they've had lots of attention. Thank you for looking after our boys so well and we'll definitely be coming back in the future xx
My cat hadow was well looked after a lovely place for your cat, home from home well recommended, Linsey and Carl took time out to spend time with shadow. The rooms are amazing and comfortable shadow loved it, was his first time away from home.
5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - we fully recommend this beautiful calm sanctuary for your cat - I’m sure my nervous timid cat had the best holiday herself there - I could see when she arrived she felt at ease and went straight to Carl and Lindsey (it’s true a cat can tell instinctively what people are like and she knew she was in safe hands, even though she has never been to a cattery before - and I’m sure she was initially very frightened)... if the doorbell rings at home - you cannot even see how fast she is up the stairs hiding under the bed until she knows it is safe !.. 🐾🐾 so to see her relax on arriving was the reassurance you need to see before you leave them. The Grove Luxury Cat Hotel is a credit to Carl and Lindsey - PURRFECTION - I was very impressed with all the surroundings and lovely amenities they offer for your cat - I bet she was annoyed I picked her up today and wished to stay longer ! - I have a very content cat at home now and without question this will be my only choice for her in the future - Simply the Best 🐾🐾

Can't recommend The Grove highly enough! Lyndsey and Carl truely looked after our cats and were so helpful. Even our brush-avoiding long haired monster had been groomed and they were both so happy and relaxed. It really is a home from home. Beautiful facilities, super clean, comfortable and cats are genuinely spoilt.

I can’t recommend this facility enough!! Our cat is a shy boy who has some medical difficulties but he was cared for so beautifully and had the most amazing room for him to hang out/play/watch his own TV!! We were able to do a pre-visit to look around and ask any questions. We were so impressed with the space each cat gets and the care and attention to every detail. We felt the cost was extremely reasonable as well considering the amount of 1:1 our cat would have!! Baloo seemed so settled, thank you so much Carl & Lyndsey for looking after him 😻
Carl and Lynsey have been absolutely brilliant and the luxury accommodation that they provide is beyond fantastic. Prior to my cats visit at this fabulous hotel, my cat was involved in a a fight and had stitches. They both went above and beyond looking after him, cleaning his wounds and making sure he was able to eat. I felt at peace knowing he was in safe hands. No words can not express my thank you to you both! He’s certainly returned much more content and plump. Thank you again! Billu loves you lots ! X

Just dropped off Tinker my cat, settled in really well purring and being very curious, think she will be preoccupied in her conservatory looking st the activities with the birds feeding, she also has a very spacious room with lots of toys and a cat tv, think she will enjoy her stay!
